Attention applicants: Some Adobe Sign users using Microsoft Office365 as their email service may receive an error message when attempting to sign a document by clicking the URL in the ‘Please Sign’ email. This warning message indicates that due to an internal error, the webpage cannot be loaded. Microsoft has identified the issue and requires the Adobe Sign for Outlook add-in to be installed on your Outlook account. The add-in may be enabled from the 365 store.

Note: This add-in is not supported in mobile browsers and mobile apps. For the add-in to work properly, cookies must be enabled in the browser and pop-up blockers must be disabled, as well as adjusting your browser security configuration to trust Adobe Sign echo and Microsoft Office 365 sites.
