Communications/Public Relations

Troup County’s Communications Administration is responsible for managing public information and media relations efforts on behalf of the Board of Commissioners and its administrative departments. It is our goal to share public information to the citizens of Troup County regarding the government’s goals, services, programs, events, and initiatives through Troup County’s website at www.troupcountyga.org, press releases, and social media. Communications to residents, visitors and stakeholders is housed in the Board of Commissioners’ Office. Special events and public meetings are also coordinated out of the office.
